Entry Method

  • Do not password-protect the file

  • If zipped, the unzipped file must be under 300 MB

Excel (.xlsx) files aren't supported directly. Save as CSV in a few steps:

  1. Open your file in Excel and go to File → Save As
  2. In the Save as type dropdown, select CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
  3. Click Save — if Excel warns about formatting, just confirm and continue
  4. Upload the new .csv file here

Use Advanced Upload if:
  • Your file has a ticket or entries count column — where each row shows how many entries an entrant has
  • Winners should be excluded from winning further prizes after their first win

If neither applies, the Standard Upload on the previous screen is the simpler choice.
